About Us......
Lee's mother provides information on the work the campaign plans to do with young people, inspired by his love for horses
visit our project site!
Lee could only be himself around the horses they didnt judge him or expect him to be something that he wasnt!
He had a good knowledge of horses.
He was a good rider.
He had a talent for handling young foals and nervous horses.
It was not just a passion to him but escapism from the harsh reality of the life in which he was trapped!
With the knowledge and the personal life experiences we have, we can provide a facility that combines teaching new skills and offers support.
We are in the process of setting up an Equine assisted Learning Facility. To provide Equine experiential learning and also career training in eqine studies to a nationally recognised qualification.
We will offer apprenticeships and there will be part time courses too!
We will soon be able to offer
'Equine Assisted life Coaching'!
We do not recieve any funding we are currently funding the project ourselves.
We are especially focused on helping young
ex-offenders and drug mis-users as part of our campaign to try to prevent more
young vulnerable people ending
up in the system.
Our hope is that we can try to reduce the number of young people being sent to prison
To prevent more young lives being lost.
I received a good education from my son Lee and his lifestyle. He gave me an insight into the world that he and other vulnerable young people are forced to live in.
I hope to put this to good use, with the aid of some good friends, volunteers and other young people I have had the opportunity
to learn from whilst working with them
over the past few years.
This will involve 'Equine Assisted Learning', Equine Education and training.
Horses have been used extensively to help people with emotional and behavioural issues.
It helps with confidence building, motivation, bonding, teamwork,
self-control, anger management,
and sensitivity. To name just a few!
It increases social skills and
self-awareness and helps you to learn more about yourself and others, as well
as giving you new skills.
The horse is an unbiased animal with no malice. Giving unconditional love, respect and trust. They are very rewarding.
They help us to remove the masks we sometimes hide behind, allowing us to be ourselves.
If you would be a real
seeker after truth, it is necessary that at least once in your life you doubt, as far as possible, all things.
